Nexora Automotive Shipping Policy 

 

Order Processing Times 

  • In-Stock Items: Orders placed before Time, e.g., 2:00 PM on business days are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
  • Special Orders/Backorders: If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, please allow 7-10 business days for processing before shipment.
  • Weekend/Holidays: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. 

 

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions,      and destination of your order. 

  • Standard Ground: Estimated delivery in 3-7 business days.
  • International Region: Estimated delivery in 7-10 business days.


 Tracking & Delivery 

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once the shipping label is created.
  • Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • Damaged/Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact nexora_automotive@hotmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the part. 

 

International Shipping 

  • We currently ship to Southeast Asia region.
  • Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country.
